Refund policy

Coastal Society allows for a 10 Day Exchange policy. If an exchange is requested, all of the following rules must be followed before being considered and processed.

• Items must not have been worn
• Items must have all of the original tags still attached
• Items must be in the same condition as when sold
• Guest must have the original purchase receipt
